We
hope you find the website easy to browse, but here's a brief overview
of how it's all laid out.....
Firstly
you can always return to the main menu using the button located at the
foot of most pages in this site...
Use
the Main Menu buttons at the top of each page to skip to any main section
of the site.
Some
sections, like 
give you further choices inside a 'sub-menu'.........
Use
these buttons to move around the sub-section of the site
Many
pages will have further choices of where to go within that section,
and you can choose where to go by using the left hand buttons...
At
any time, you can see what an image or picture is, by holding your mouse
pointer over the image and a description will pop up - with the more
up-to-date web browsers.
Finally,
you can use these arrow buttons to move backwards and forwards through
the individual pages on some sections.
This will hopefully help you to browse through the site without the
need for long... long.... scrolling pages. as you can quickly move 'sideways'
to see more information!
Finally,
if you want to get to a page fast, you can use the 
menu here...
